As well as traditional Martial arts clubs, Sensei Colin Humbles can offer tailor made self defence courses for clubs, associations or companies of any size.

Sensei Colin Humbles has already carried out ladies self defence classes as an Essex County Council Evening class and private lessons for groups and individuals. He was also recently involved in the Colchester United Youth programme to bring Sports to all youngsters.
