Whenever you want!

There are no set courses or start dates to the usual classes, so there’s no excuse in not starting today.

If you are in any doubt about your fitness or ability, please consult your Doctor or speak to the Sensei on or before your first night. Please feel free to write to us using the Contact Us page.
